PASTORAL WORD-THE PLANS OF THE LORD GOD WILL NOT BE FRUSTRATED. (Book of Esther, Chapters 1 to 9)

My sisters and my brothers today I would like to meditate with you on the above theme based around the book of Esther (Hadassah). This story has some character that deserve prominence and without mention them logically not understand meditation. Are they, the King Assure and his wife the Baiting Vashti. The wedding of King just because the Queen Vashti refused to obey him. Left over so the characters, Mordecai (a Jew who was there in the service of the Palace), Haman (one of the King) and Esther. However, as was the uncle of Esther Hadassah, whose real name was Mordecai took good care of her. At the moment I knew that someone would become Queen instead of Vashti he put his niece as a candidate. All this was happening in secret because Esther had not yet proved at the urging of his uncle Mordecai. But by Divine Providence, things were getting forwarded very well and everything worked to Mordecai and his niece Esther who became Queen instead of Vashti, because the King loved her very much. She was a different girl. Mark this: different. Who serves the God makes a difference wherever you are. This lesson is for us. In the meantime Mordecai discovers a conspiracy against Ahasuerus and avoids that the King be surprised and killed. Meanwhile Haman starts and keep hatred of Mordecai because the King was giving close attention to Mordecai. Haman know  that he getting out of hand. Their hatred grows so much that using the power they had in the Kingdom brings kill Mordecai. For this command to build a force that is placed in a very high place so that everyone could see the Mordecai hanged by the neck when he was hanged. Haman then begins to stalk Mordecai. But in every situation worsened things for himself. One day the King send Haman and asked him what should be done to a man who had rid the King of death. As Haman had already ugly and that was the greatest in the Kingdom thought this man was and he told the King what would honors this man should receive. Then the King told you go call the Mordecai. The Honorable is Mordecai. Haman suffers the great humiliation to serve Mordecai who was trying to kill. That's why Jesus said in Luke. 14: 8-11 he that humble shall be exalted, but he who exalts himself will be humbled. The verse is within a context in which Jesus speaks: When you are invited to a wedding party not seated in the first place. Because someone might be more important to that place and you will be asked to go back and give place to the most distinguished guest and you will be ashamed to back. So try to stay more to the funds. So the owner  of part invite you and go more forward and with it you will be honored. With that Jesus is telling us, I don't honor ourselves thinking we are such. Let that be recognized by others. That's what we see in the book of Esther. Haman besides the humiliation of serving who hated by jealous was killed on the gallows that he ordered build with fifty meters in height to kill Mordecai. Is my brothers who seeks honor will be humbled. The things of God are other values. Here who loses is what WINS, and whoever wins is what loses. Esther is revealed, helps his people, is honored, Mordecai also to people too. Meanwhile his enemies fall from grace.
My sisters and my brothers we care the things of God. He knows who really is honored and who is to be honored. I invite them to do all to the glory of God. Read the story of the washing of the feet in John chapter 13 and see with Act the great in the Kingdom of God.
This year at our Church is in the year of harvest. Don't let anything come between us in this work. We with joy the fruit of sowing what we did.
I see this beautiful story of the old testament, with a romantic tone, but with deep truths, how God acts in us. There is no need for splurges and not wanting to appear. But let God who seeth in silence too silent in answer. Only let us be faithful to the Lord that he takes care of the rest. If God chose us the man cannot get away from. Amen.
