PASTORAL WORD- PERFECTING salvation? (Philippians, 2:12)

My sisters and my brothers today I would like to meditate once more with you about the Betterment of salvation and how to do it. Normally a person receives Jesus as their savior, because they don't always receive as their Lord and gets it. But that's not all pastor? Don't. The Salvation

is not something done, finished. However generally speaking people enter for a church enrolled in this Church as members and if  they accommodate. Here's the problem. Accommodate-if they say or think: well. I've already accepted Jesus now is just waiting to get the glory. My sisters and my brothers that work not so. Salvation is a process, and how to process it is dynamic. Never stops at a certain point. Or be: They stop where he started. In everyday all day we are being saved. That's why there is a need for constant repentance. The conversion is not only for those who are outside the Church, but to those who are here too. The word convert means change direction, salvation of course. Now, that all we have to do every day all day. The word improvement comes from the verb perfect that means improve, shape, make it more perfect than before, work something to make it better. Therefore I'd say  we need improve our salvation every day at all times. Salvation is not finished, ready, but it has to be crafted. In this work we call for improvement. We all know what that means. The problem is we know how this takes place in each of us and in the Church. What are the means by which we may call of  improvement in terms of salvation? Of course there are others, but I'd like to stick to these: constant prayer, intimacy with God, faith, Bible read systemic, studying. It is also necessary that we must engage with the work of the Church. I'd say it's still necessary. Spirit of humility and forgiveness. There can be no malice between us, we have to consider others above ourselves. We have to establish a good relationship among the people of God. All are powerful tools in the process to work our salvation so that it develops.
We need to grow. A baby born small. But after a few months if develop increases the weight, etc. Begins the process of growth. Development is that. With Salvation is the same thing. Born a day in Christ, but we are not there on the day of our birth. We grow and continue to grow. John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist movement said: "I think we're going to keep growing even in eternity". As the eternity has no time limit so will grow forever. No one can give that up. We have to grow. All people who seek spiritual growth become stunted in faith and on such fail to do God's work as they should. A child has no understanding. So those who do not they developed in the faith are still children and as children not understand things the Church and only can be fed with soup. Can't eat solid things. This is tremendously bad, because who does not fed with food solid being already adult is malnourished and can die of starvation. Unfortunately, it's what happens to many people in our communities. That's why I reaffirm the great need to develop our salvation, grow in our life of faith. Amen.
