PASTORAL WORD-THE GREAT LOVE OF GOD. (Lk. 15:11 -31)

My sisters and my brothers today I would like to meditate with you about God's love for us. It is very difficult to imagine or even describe the love of God because as human beings we imagine God and consequently their actions in human terms. But the way   act of God is immeasurable, Or be. We have no way to measure or determine this. We are finite and limited. How to imagine the things of God and in this case, the size of his love, the intensity of his love toward the human being? When we look at the God creation and I'm creationist.
So I believe that God created man and we are not a product of chance and much less of the evolution of nature. We were created by God.
This God who created us made us in his image and similarity.  Had you already stopped to think in that? However as we look into the book of Genesis chap. 3 we read about that fall of man, when he left to obey God to give ear to the The man created the similarity of God was now fallen into sin by disobedience to his creator. The first attitude of man was   not of repentance and yes of hiding from God whom he had disobeyed. In the biblical account he do not see any time when this man says he is sorry, but always playing the blame on someone. The man transfers to his wife and the woman not upload to Serpent (Devil). Until today has been like that. The man is not liable for their mistakes before God and all the ways he tries to justify himself. I hear a our sister once telling an interesting story. She is a psychologist and he likes to do encouragement with people who seek it with problems. But does this with servant of God and not only as a professional. One day a man came to her and after some time she asked him to pray to God. He began by saying: Glorious God most high, God, etc. Etc She interrupted him and said, brother, pray. He got serious, cleared his throat and started the same litany. She interrupted again and asked brother, pray. He blushed and resumed again praising God. The sister asked him again, for the love of God brother, pray. At this point that man fell from knees and began to cry out: o Lord my God, has mercy of me! I am a miserable sinner and am living in grave sin and I've been trying to hide it. Forgive me, my Lord! That life-changing God moment that poor man who tried to hide from God praising him. But we're still so. What's worse is that we think (think) it's okay. But it's not. God knows who we are and know all our thoughts. He  know what we did wrong and expect us to recognize him and ask forgiveness. Only this. Let's take a look at the history of the biblical text base of this meditation. The youngest son leaves his father, spends all the money of the estate with prostitutes and goes on to live in misery, wishing to eat the food of the pigs that he kept. Only job he got in those distant lands. In the meantime the young repents. Acknowledges his guilt and decides to return. Nor has more claim to be treated as a son. Jesus this is telling us that we must turn humble. But since he left the father expected to be recalled. The party was all the time prepared. When the son appears still far the father will meet him and kisses him. And the moment he starts talking about what they had rehearsed the father sends him put a ring on his finger (of allegiance) and that he be placed on the boy clothes new and clean and shoes in his feet.
My dears that never really happened. It is a story that Jesus makes to speak of the greatness of the love of God and how he reacts when we are humble and recognize our sins and ask forgiveness.
But there's a detail
in this story that often goes unnoticed by us. The eldest son who had never left her father's House physically and apparently never had had never missed with the compliance an order even. This eldest son was in the field when his brother returned. When it arrives and hears the music and see the dances to a question raised: what is it? Knowing the story refuses to enter. Invited by the father who explains about his younger brother, he says: I never I disobeyed your order and serve you all these years. I've always been here and never gave me a goat to celebrate with my friends. But your son squandered everything and sent to kill the fatted calf for him. I'm not going in there. Sisters and brothers would be this young older better than the younger, the prodigal? Of course not. He was all the time with his father, but always come back to himself and feeling worth of blessings. Where was the humility? There was no.
We recognize our State of misery and ask forgiveness to the Lord with humility and he in his infinite love in forgives us and restores it in the same place where we were before and where we never should have left. But let's go back because God is merciful
and his love has no end. So I preached on Sunday l.l. it is necessary to make disciples loving. Teach loving as I said. Amen.
