WHO PERSEVERE... Mat. 24:13.

My brothers and my sisters today I would like to meditate with you about the great need for perseverance in the roads of the Lord. There are some theological currents that I'd like to put them right here in summary form and then enter the subject of the agenda today.

The first theological current preaches the idea that all people are in heaven when they die. Both which arose a proverb that speaks of death how to pass this for the better. That same theology believes that from the moment when a person dies become holy and the ability to intercede with God for those who stayed. That is, for this world. Become the sign of the cross before the lifeless bodies of people. For them it is a sign of reverence to who is next to God and interceding for us. All this without regard to who was this person, as he lived here, if followed the paths of God or if not followed. Now, we know that isn't so. Salvation is God's grace but is quite a hike to be covered here in this world, walks that we call the sanctification. Salvation is a process that develops in each of us and this process implies we seek to obey God, live in holiness of life and especially loving each other. How I may  say that someone who lived here can die and now is in glory holy as if death itself were enough to make people Holy. Quite the contrary death is the biggest evidence that we are sinners and is the result of our sins. Will be saints and live eternally with God who live with him here in this life. This same theological current canonizes some people to become saints alongside God since now. In fact are small gods that they assist to the creator and intercede so very special for people who are still in this life. This theology has no biblical Foundation and therefore is not true. I would say that even that is an idolatrous theology. But thousands are following this doctrine as and were true. Coming to another side of Christianity we have some chains too. A current claims that people once saves and standing in grace on grace forever. And to explain those who go out of the way of the Lord says the one who just lost is because they never had entered. chain still on this side asserts Another that all people to be safe must be  before by God and whom are not chosen  that or will never be safe. All the supposedly Christian currents here presented clash with the Bible that shows a God always in search of the man and making him invitations.

Actually God invites the man for you. Invite is because this man has the freedom to accept or not be with God. I'd say even if once in grace always in grace to the call of Jesus to stay in faith wouldn't have any sense. Stay because if the people can no longer leave? As you can see Such theological stances cannot be sustained by the Holy Scriptures in its entire context. We can't formulate a doctrine giving birth of a verse or even a biblical text without making a biblical exegesis (analysis) to view the text in the light of the context. If what it says in the Bible as a whole.

So my beloved brothers and my beloved sisters I appeal to all and to all who fight for check in the Lord until the end. Is what Jesus teaches us the text in Matthew chapter twenty four verse thirteen. So we fight, we make as Jesus says to Peter. Do you remember? make an effort for enter in at the Small gate. Despite all the difficulties, we will remain steadfast until the day of the encounter with the Lord when when He is coming for his church or we going to find him when death comes. That God will help us stay in it until the end. Amen.
